My name is Ainslie and I am a director of Lindum College, as part of my company role I am responsible for the service we offer to clients. At Lindum College our training is of a very high standard and before we issue our students with their Level 4 Diploma which enables them to work as qualified counsellors we require them to work in a voluntary role offering low cost counselling to the people of Lincolnshire. they all have achieved a Level 3 certificate in counselling and intense training and they are all supported by experienced clinical supervisors. My role is a privilege on two levels, the first being in a position to help people that are dealing with the issues that are adversely affecting their lives and secondly to see our amazing students qualify and move forward into a career helping others.
